It's always interesting trying to describe yourself.  It's much easier talking about the day-to-day.  But here it is.

I'm Sharon.  Hello.  I'm a lover.  I'm a sinner.  I'm a wife.  And most importantly, I'm a follower of our great Lord and savior Jesus Christ.  In him, I have peace, joy, assurance, safety, redemption, and freedom.

Besides Jesus, my husband Shane is the most important thing in my life.  He inspires me, encourages me, loves me, and takes care of me.  I can't say the same for myself.

We have fun him and I.  We are learning to love each other and live together, supporting each other and encouraging each other.  Right now we are having adventures in cooking, thrifting, and making his mother's house our own. It's been very successful!  But is still an ongoing process.

Other than spending time with my husband, these days are spent working as an accounting intern, studying to finish my Masters in Accounting, being an active member at our church, Church at Bevo in good ole' STL, and creating community with our family and other members of our church.  But in my free time, if I have any, I like to make stuff with my hands.  I've never really had this interest until recently knowing that I actually have the capabilities of doing so!  I think a part of it is having my own place to live and my own space to create. 

And my lil sis, Kelly, is my other best friend.  She's the greatest.  And if I wasn't married, I'd marry her.  She's the next most important thing in my life.  She's my better self.  We have good times.  And she's going to be doing great things.  She's brilliant!

And apparently I like making lists.
